LINKED: We Are Hunted

Here's the thing about  me-n-music: I listen to like 17 songs. Period.

I have around 1000 songs in my itunes, at least I think. But I never ever ever ever listen to like 98.9% of them. I don't know what's wrong with me.

But then like every once in awhile I think "hey! I'd like to find some new music!" so I look around a bit on the internet and then I get sick of listening to shit that I don't like and I'm back to my original 17 songs.

However, that's all changed with my recent discovery of We Are Hunted. Basically: this is the coolest music discovery site on the motherfuckin planet.

Yes, I know all about Pandora, and yes I listen to that sometimes too (did you guys see that they just came out with a bunch of new "workout stations!?"--pretty cool). But for me, We Are Hunted is way more where it's at.

First of all: I love that the site is gorge, and that you can see great pics of all of the artists. Also, it's dead simple to play a song (each photo basically just has a play button in the middle), and if you don't like the song: BOOM, you move on to the next one.

You can search by what's popular, or do a genre search for whatever type of music you dig (I spend most of my time with the rap/hip-hop boys and girls). And if you dig a song, you can also buy it right then and there. Seriously, ppl...this shit rules.

So whenever I get sick of the new 17 songs I downloaded, I'm so gonna be back. In the meantime, I started a Pinterest board to keep track of music I dig (natch).
