Who Gives A Shit: Do Your Friends Have Good Taste?

Gawd, I hope none of my friends are reading this, but here goes anyway: I have exactly two friends with apartments that are beautifully designed, well-thought out, interesting, full of gorgeous things that induce jealous rages deep down in my soul: Nicole from Sketch42 Blog and The Brinsons from House of Brinson.

That's it.

Now this isn't to say that the rest of my friends have shitty aparments with shitty style (though some def do), but more that they don't really have *any* style at all. Aside from those two, there is honestly no one else whose space is at all interesting or provacative to me. Many of their spaces make me think of college...some make think of the "before" shots (and ok, sometimes the after shots) I often see on HGTV shows, and some just make me wanna kick a puppy right in it's cute little face.

[Shit, also I should say that I have a LOAD of other design blogging friends now who's spaces I've never seen and I'm sure are so fab that I'd need smelling salts, but I haven't been to many of their homes!].

Anyway, we all stare at design mags ad nauseum, and read design blogs, and tweet design, and eat design for breakfast lunch and dinner, but I'm curious: is it just me? Do your friends have any taste whatsoever? Like at all?
