p.s. We ARE refinancing our mortgage right now for our apt, since rates are lower than Snooki's SAT scores, so maaaaybe we need to start re-funneling the cash money we're saving into a "chic carriage house in the country next to a lake or a stream with a detached garage we can turn into a guest house" fund?

Also, isn't it kind of pretentious when peeps say "country house?" I mean, I do it all the time, and then I want to just punch myself in the face.
